3. How long will it take to complete my project?
Timelines vary based on project complexity. During your initial consultation, we will assess your needs and provide an estimated delivery date. You will be notified ahead of time regarding progress and any necessary adjustments.
4.What types of services do you offer?
We provide data strategy and consulting, thesis and dissertation support, qualitative and quantitative analysis, mentorship matching, and more — all backed by a combination of expert knowledge and AI-enhanced tools.

If you decide to move forward with the project, a 50% deposit and a signed service agreement are required to begin. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery or at agreed milestones.
8. What happens if I’m not satisfied with the service I received?
Client satisfaction is our priority. If you’re dissatisfied, we’ll work closely with you to address all concerns until you’re satisfied. If we fail to meet an agreed-upon deadline, we will refund all costs. However, we do not offer refunds for completed services where the project was delivered as agreed, but the client later changes their mind or direction.
